This family-owned and managed restaurant first opened in 1952, and it’s expanded to two locations since then. This long history has made the restaurant an important part of life in Ann Arbor and produced generations of happy customers. The inside is spotless, and the booths and a center row of tables and chairs remind you of an old-style diner.
Knight’s features five specialist burgers, all made to original exacting standards. Our favorite burger is the bacon jam and goat’s cheeseburger. It’s made with bacon jam, baby arugula, crispy onions, and goat cheese on a brioche bun. Kight’s is located at 600 E Liberty Street, Ann Arbor.
