They had a great deal going on timing belt replacement, more affordable than independent mechanics and other dealerships. I was very happy with the work. The office is very comfortable and nicely updated inside (even if the outside looks a little tired) and everyone there was very friendly. Todd took care of me, let me know of other maintenance items they recommended, but never pressured me to move forward with it. They worked quickly and I was quite comfortable working from their waiting area for several hours.
I got my first ever Honda from this dealership in 2014, and since then, I haven't looked back. I went from a civic to another civic, a CR-V, and now an Odyssey. I currently have 2 Honda Vehicles, a 2017 civic, and a 2023 Odyssey. This dealership provides excellent customer services from purchase to maintenance. I give a 5 star to Todd in the service department. He is a really friendly guy with outstanding customer service who is also very knowledgeable about honda Vehicles. He always goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my service. Just last week, he informed me about a recall on my Odyssey, scheduled an appointment, and took care of it. Their shuttle service is great and always on time. Just bought a Honda Civic Sport from Jacob Lau. Great service and a fair price. Very professional and friendly. Everyone greets you when you walk in, and they have ice-cold water while you wait. If you need a car, I would highly recommend Ficsher Honda for all your cars.

Brandon, the sales manager, helped me purchase the dealership owner's 2020 Chevy Corvette and my experience was amazing. I buy a lot of vehicles out of town and this was by far the best customer service I have ever received. The car description was perfect. There were minor flaws that the detail department took care of as promised. The financing department got me a great rate. The car dealership worked with my shipping company to get the vehicle to me in a timely manner. I wish I could give more than five stars. I truly hope I have another opportunity to work with this dealership again! The car has been an absolute blast and arrived with luggage, extra set of rims, and all documents that I needed to get it registered locally. WOW! Good work Brandon and the Fischer Honda team.
