I had an issue with my car not starting on cold mornings. My car had already been in with Fischer service two weeks prior for the same issue (a battery was replaced at that time). During this visit, I also asked that an oil change be performed. It turns out that my second issue with my car not starting well was because the clamp attaching the cable to my battery was severely rusted and there was no good connection (which is probably something that should have been caught when they changes the battery, the first time I brought my car in). Todd Van Allen let me know what was wrong and did not charge for the clamp replacement. But, when I went to pick my car up, the oil change I requested was not performed, and I could not stay any longer to get it done, which meant a another trip back to Fischer for this, with my young kids in tow! Now service advisor Jordan shined ... very brightly. When I brought my car back in later that same morning, he said the oil change would be free, however, I informed him I get all my major services done at Fischer, so my oil changes are free already, under that agreement. Jokingly, I said to Jordan, "what else can you do for me?" Without hesitation, Jordan said they could do a free tire rotation, for my troubles. WOW!!! That was GREAT customer service, and I felt really taken care of, like Jordan understood that time is valuable and repeat trips can be such a hassle. This turned the situation completely around for me. I appreciated the freebie and, to boot, my car was washed before it was returned to me!! Thank you Jordan -- you gave great customer service, and I really do appreciate it.

Todd, Jordan, Otis and Darryl are wonderful representatives of the best in customer service. They listen carefully to what I have to say about my vehicle's problem and take careful notes. They communicate properly to the technicians and call to let me know what needs to be done and the cost. I definitely feel they have my best interests in mind. They try to save me money but without sacrificing the quality I expect from Honda. I have never been disappointed in the service or the quality of the repair work. And just a note about the office staff...they are highly efficient and very polite! I give them all a "5."

Fischer stepped up when my usual dealer would not. The dealer I have used for several years was on the fence about honoring a repair that clearly should have been covered by the certified warranty I was promised when I purchased the vehicle. Not only did Fischer get me in 3 weeks earlier than my usual dealer, but they offered me a loaner for the 24 hours I was without a car. i sorta soured on going to Victory in Plymouth where i bought my HR-V, two yrs ago.. for it's first oil change... i have a good friend who is a master Honda mechanic i go to... they left my cowl loose under the filter and didn't put the caps back on my tire stems causing my trip to Pennsylvania a bit of concern for me in February... but, Fischer for $20 bucks even washed my car, plugged the hissing tire, and even made the fronts 32 lbs, and backs 30 like i asked for Winter... i'll use them as i live in Ypsi and they are much closer... don't even ask me about my treatment at Germain by their sales staff... thank you, Todd Van Allen for your service advise!

Called Service because we noticed a substance leaking from our CRV. Todd said they could look at it the next day, but I was concerned and asked if I could bring it in that day just in case everything leaked out and I would have to tow the car. He said sure. I brought it in and Service got right on it. What a relief to find out it was just an overflow from the heating/cooling system. But I appreciated it so much that I didn't have to wait and wonder thanks to Todd and the Service Dept. No charge.

I have dealt with this dealership for more years that I can count. I live in Ann Arbor but choose to make the drive to Ypsi for a number of reasons. I have dealt with sales rep Mike Mirza for years, he has always treated me fairly and I feel lucky to have found him. I lease so my oil changes are free and the service employees are very respectful and patient. It is an overall positive experience for a necessity that we all must do every so often in dealing with our vehicles.
