Preventative Technologies

Although it’s important to have plenty of protective technologies watching your back if a crash were to occur, it’s equally important to have features that help you avoid those situations in the first place. For instance, with the tire pressure monitoring system1, you won’t have to worry about driving on half-inflated wheels. When your tires drop below safe levels, your Honda vehicle will let you know that its time to refill them. The child-proof rear door locks are another useful feature that will keep you from being surprised by a sudden open door when you’re on the highway.

Honda Sensing®

If you haven’t heard about Honda Sensing®2 yet, it is essentially just a suite of technologies designed to alert you to things you might miss while driving. Included in this collection of safety features is the Collision Mitigation Braking system3 and the Lane Departure Warning system4. The former will apply brake pressure when a potential collision is unavoidable, while the latter will alert you when you begin to leave your lane without the turn signal on. Bring your own financing. Read all your paper work. It's a typical dealer with your typical finance department. Even when you bring your own financing they'll run your credit anyway. To see if they can get you a "better deal". Normally, I would have just told them to forget about. I'll go somewhere else. I knew what I wanted. The pickings for the year make and model I wanted were and are still slim. I was sick of looking. Price was market value. Sales guy was nice.( Brandon) It's a honda you can't got wrong unless you buy a new CR-V.

I had an issue with my car not starting on cold mornings. My car had already been in with Fischer service two weeks prior for the same issue (a battery was replaced at that time). During this visit, I also asked that an oil change be performed. It turns out that my second issue with my car not starting well was because the clamp attaching the cable to my battery was severely rusted and there was no good connection (which is probably something that should have been caught when they changes the battery, the first time I brought my car in). Todd Van Allen let me know what was wrong and did not charge for the clamp replacement. But, when I went to pick my car up, the oil change I requested was not performed, and I could not stay any longer to get it done, which meant a another trip back to Fischer for this, with my young kids in tow! Now service advisor Jordan shined ... very brightly. When I brought my car back in later that same morning, he said the oil change would be free, however, I informed him I get all my major services done at Fischer, so my oil changes are free already, under that agreement. Jokingly, I said to Jordan, "what else can you do for me?" Without hesitation, Jordan said they could do a free tire rotation, for my troubles. WOW!!! That was GREAT customer service, and I felt really taken care of, like Jordan understood that time is valuable and repeat trips can be such a hassle. This turned the situation completely around for me. I appreciated the freebie and, to boot, my car was washed before it was returned to me!! Thank you Jordan -- you gave great customer service, and I really do appreciate it.

Todd, Jordan, Otis and Darryl are wonderful representatives of the best in customer service. They listen carefully to what I have to say about my vehicle's problem and take careful notes. They communicate properly to the technicians and call to let me know what needs to be done and the cost. I definitely feel they have my best interests in mind. They try to save me money but without sacrificing the quality I expect from Honda. I have never been disappointed in the service or the quality of the repair work. And just a note about the office staff...they are highly efficient and very polite! I give them all a "5."
