My wife (Civic 10) & I (Ridgeline 08) recently moved to Ypsilanti from Wayne. We have been customers at another Honda dealer for 20 years. I was reluctant to change dealers as we go to the dealer for everything but when I moved I thought I'd give you guys a shot.
Ok the building is an old 50's dealership and the waiting room is the size of my walk-in closet but Honda US should get your people to write the book on customer service. Everytime we come in it's a religious experience. I've never seen anything like it and I've been to at least five dealerships in southeast Michigan over the years.
